This agreement shall be effective and valid upon the consumer's acceptance of it or use of the store pursuant to Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article One - Introduction and Definitions

The above preamble is an integral part of this Agreement. The following definitions apply:

1. Store : This definition includes all forms of online platforms, whether an electronic application, a website, or a commercial interface.
2. Consumer : A person who engages in e-commerce for the purpose of obtaining products or services provided by the store through its platform.
3. Agreement : means these terms and conditions that govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to the agreement.

Article Two - Consumer Legal Capacity

1. The consumer acknowledges that he has legal capacity recognized by Sharia and the system to deal with the store, or that his age is not less than (18) years.
2. In the event of a violation of this, the consumer bears full legal and statutory responsibility resulting from his use of the store.

Article 3 - Nature of the Obligation

1. The store is committed to providing the products or services offered in accordance with the specifications set forth on the platform.
2. Due to the nature of 3D printing products, they are manufactured to order and based on specifications set by the consumer (e.g., design, dimensions, colors).

Article Four - Controls for Using the Store

1. The consumer is committed to using the platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer undertakes not to use the products or services in a manner that violates regulations, laws, or Islamic values.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration

1. When creating an account, the consumer is obligated to disclose correct and up-to-date information.
2. The consumer is responsible for the confidentiality of his account information and password.
3. Any use made through the consumer's account is deemed to be the consumer's own, and the consumer is responsible for its consequences.
4. If the store finds incorrect data or inappropriate use, it has the right to suspend or cancel the account without prior notice.

Article 6 - Electronic Communications

1. The consumer agrees that communication will be via email or the communication method registered in the account.
2. All electronic notices sent by the Store are legally binding and constitute written notices.

Article Seven - Amendments

1. The Store reserves the right to modify this Agreement or any of its terms at any time.
2. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform, and the consumer's continued use of the store constitutes implicit acceptance of them.

Article Eight - Payment

1. Full payment is required in advance before manufacturing or order processing begins.
2. The Store sets the prices of products and services in accordance with the announced policy, and may amend them from time to time.
3. Issue official electronic invoices for orders.

Article Nine - Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Since the products are custom-made to the consumer's order (individual designs - custom sizes - personalized products), the consumer has no right to cancel the order or return or exchange the products after the order is confirmed and payment is made .
2. In the event of a material error caused by the store that violates the approved specifications, the store is obligated to address the error or remanufacture.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights to the website and the store's designs are fully owned by the store.
2. It is prohibited to use or reproduce any content or design without written permission from the store.
3. If the consumer provides the store with a custom design, he guarantees that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, and bears legal responsibility if proven otherwise.

Article Eleven - Store Liability

1. The store is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The store is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of the products or errors made by shipping companies.
3. The products are made for lawful use only and may not be used in violation of any law or regulation.

Article Twelve - Restricting Access

The Store has the right to suspend or cancel a consumer's account or restrict his access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if he violates any provision of this Agreement.

Article Thirteen - Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Fourteen - General Provisions

1. The Arabic language is the primary reference for the interpretation of this Agreement.
2. All prices are subject to change at the store's discretion.
3. Promotions are temporary and may be modified or cancelled without prior notice.
4. This agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store management.
