At Fused, thinking about materials begins with the design process. We study how a material serves the form, texture, and function of a piece, to develop furniture, lighting, and wall art that combines distinctive identity and function, with attention to the responsible use of resources.

Every project has its own requirements. We review the material based on the size of the piece, its location, and the desired finish, whether it's a sculptural table, a bench, or wall panels. We also explore recycled or recyclable material options when they are suitable for the design and feasible to implement.

Project options include 3D printing materials, finishes, and complementary materials. The appropriate combination is selected for each piece, and the material specifications, color, and texture are defined within the approved design details.
