Inspired by the fluidity of the desert sands came the concept for the "Flow Table"; a reception table from Fused that transforms the undulating dunes into contemporary sculptural lines. The design combines a calming cream-colored front with a dark top surface, giving an office entrance or hotel lobby a distinctive welcoming point.
Inspiration: The Sand Movement
The table's curves were inspired by the lines drawn by the wind on the sand. The surface moves with a gradual rhythm of protrusions and recesses, and its shadows change with the light and the angle of view, to express the tranquility and movement of the desert in a functional piece of furniture.

From lines to 3D printing
The idea was translated into a three-dimensional digital model that defines the curves of the facade and its relationship to the upper surface. The parts were then manufactured using 3D printing, transforming the digital lines into a tangible form with the fine printing layers visible on its surface.
These layers have become part of the design language; they add a visual texture that meets the large undulations of the facade, and show how the piece is formed layer by layer.

A distinctive presence in reception areas
Designed as an office reception desk, "Ensiyab" can also be used in a hotel lobby. Its streamlined front gives the space a distinctive character, while the dark surface frames the shape and highlights the contrast of color and texture.

From nature to piece
The project spans from studying the inspiration and developing the digital form to 3D printing and preparing the table for use. The result is a piece that combines nature-inspired design with modern manufacturing techniques, adding a clear visual identity to the first space a visitor encounters.
